As Director of Team Operations, Punkin ensures everything runs smoothly from her strategic position at the center of it all. She’s the one making sure that the pack moves as one cohesive unit.
Our resident overachiever, Decker brings home the medals and the good vibes. With championships in both conformation and agility, he’s proof that you can be an elite athlete, look good doing it and still be a team player.
As VP of Athletics & Morale, Decker mentors the younger staff, keeps spirits high, and is always ready for the next adventure – no task too big, no challenge too small.
Renegade keeps us on our toes and reminds us not to take life too seriously. Her job description includes creative problem-solving (read: finding new ways to get into trouble) and expertly deployed affection strategies through her form of negotiation, also known as manipulation.

Shaker is a steady, reliable presence who excels at his position. As our Training & Development Coordinator, his exceptional intelligence and quick learning make him invaluable.
He’s the one you want on your team when there’s a complex problem to solve or a new skill to master. He may not seek the spotlight, but his contributions never go unnoticed.
The newest member of our leadership team, Bigs is already making his mark on operations. As Director of Affection, he takes his role seriously – ensuring maximum cuddle time, optimal lap occupancy, and consistent proximity to management.
When he’s not on snuggle duty, he oversees our extensive toy collection with the enthusiasm only a puppy can bring. His motto: Why have personal space when you could have togetherness?
