Needing more than 5 stars for this one. Coming from out of state to take care of a family death, complicated estate/probate house sale and not knowing anyone in Klamath Falls, Darlene stepped in and totally took care of everything for me. I mean everything including knowing reliable people to deal with each aspect that was overwhelming for me.

She went out of her way to help with even the little details that add up. Her efficiency, knowledge, trustworthiness and ability to work remotely resulted in headache-frustration free speedy sale of the home and so much more. I was blown away by her kindness and ability to get it done, and so fast!

Having to sell a home with complicated estate issues and problems plus coming from out of state I was overwhelmed..Darlene stepped in wherever I needed her to and went out of her way to take care of EVERYTHING.

Her professional knowledge and experience as well as her ability to listen and get things done made my experience pleasant as well as speedy.

Darlene Humphreys did an amazing job helping me sell my house and also in purchasing another house in a different location and market. She helped me get top dollar for my house by recommending doing certain upgrades on my home and even helped get some things done.

While looking at other homes to buy, Darlene’s attention to detail was very helpful. If she saw something that may be a possible concern or issue with the home she would discuss it So I was aware of the issue. Darlene’s interaction with other Realtors was very helpful. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to sell or buy a home.

Do you want a realtor that knows the market? Will shoot you straight? Answers the phone whenever you call? Knows local lenders, contractors, service providers & legal resources?

I have done 5 transactions with Darlene couldn't be happier.
